Dear GROW users,
To prepare for the Ethereum (ETH) network’s Shapella upgrade, GROW will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals for Ethereum, USDT, and USDC using ERC20 network.
Deposits and Withdrawals suspension:
1. Ethereum Wallet (using ERC20 network)
2. USDT wallet (using ERC20 network)
3. USDC wallet (using ERC20 network)
Suspension Schedule: Start: April 12th 08:00 (UTC) ~
Suspension will last until the upgrade is complete. We will reopen deposits and withdrawals after the Ethereum (ETH) network’s Shapella upgrade and networks are stable, and will notify users in a further announcement.
Despite the suspension of deposits and withdrawals on Ethereum, USDT, and USDC using ERC20 network, All the ETH, USDT and USDC on Flexible and Fixed accounts will continue to receive the rewards as usual.
In the meantime, all other wallets using Bitcoin network or BSC network will continue to support deposits and withdrawals. If there’s a user who wants to use the GROW savings products during the Ethereum (ETH) network’s Shapella upgrade period, please try to use the BSC network and wallets for further deposits of Ethereum, USDT, and USDC.
