Dear GROW users,
GROW team has been supporting a CSV file containing all the transaction history and the records of rewards received including Fixed Earn, Flexible Earn, and staking products.
The GROW team made the process easy and simple, as the mission of the GROW service, Make Crypto Simple.
How to request Transaction History?
1. Open the GROW application, and go to [My Page].
2. Click on [Support]
3. Click on [Transaction History], and then the [REQUEST] button.
When you click on the [REQUEST] button, your request is being sent to GROW — the CSV file will be sent to the GROW User Email within 10 days.
The gap between requesting and receiving the CSV files will be narrowed gradually — the team will keep testing the system and make sure the Transaction history is 100% correct.
The GROW team is happy to support the Taxation of GROW users. The team will keep making efforts to make the GROW app better.
