[Complete] Maintenance Notice: Ethereum Upgrade & Hard Fork

Dear GROW users,

To prepare for the Ethereum (ETH) Network Upgrade and hard fork, GROW will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals for Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, and DAI on the ERC20 network.

Deposits and Withdrawals suspension:

1. Ethereum Wallet

2. USDT Wallet (using ERC20 network)

3. USDC Wallet (using ERC20 network)

4. DAI Wallet (using ERC20 network)

Suspension Schedule:

Start: December 3rd 9:00 (UTC) ~

This suspension will last until the upgrade is complete. We will reopen deposits and withdrawals after the Ethereum Pectra Network Upgrade and networks are stable, and we will notify users in a further announcement.

Despite the suspension of deposits and withdrawals on Ethereum, USDT, USDC, and DAI using the ERC20 network, all Ethereum, USDT, USDC, and DAI in Flexible and Fixed accounts will continue to receive rewards as usual.

In the meantime, all other wallets using the Bitcoin network or BSC network will continue to support deposits and withdrawals.
